Moose Coffee Company is a fully self-contained mobile espresso bar. We roll in with the cart, the machine, the beans, the cups and the baristas — and your guests drink as much as they want for the length of the event.
No rented equipment, no coffee station nobody tends, no running out halfway through. You pick a tier, we handle the rest.

Good to Know
Exactly what it says. You pay one flat rate for your guest count, and we keep making drinks for the length of your event. No per-cup counting, no cutting people off.
A minimum of two separate, properly working electrical outlets or circuits, plus safe access and enough space for the cart. Please confirm this with your venue before the event — full details are in our Event Terms.
The sooner the better — weekends in wedding season go first. Once your deposit is in, your date and all event details are locked in for you.
The mobile cart, the espresso equipment, all ingredients and cups, and professional baristas for your event. You provide the power and the space — we bring everything else.
Once the deposit is received, everything on the invoice is locked in — date, location, times, guest count and package. Changes need advance approval from management and are granted at our discretion. See the Event Terms for the full policy.
We're based in Orange County, California and serve events throughout the county — Irvine, Newport Beach, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Laguna, Fullerton and everywhere between. We travel outside Orange County too; those events carry a $100 travel fee. Indoor or outdoor both work — we've done beachfront evening events and indoor venues alike.
